If you prefer a refund just send us a short video showing the issue of the item to: support@tech-hayes.com. we will refund you the full amount minus the 8.5% fee and you don't even need to send the watch back.

Disclaimer: The Med-Watch is fairly accurate, but not as accurate as medical equipment. Keep that in mind if you have any serious health conditions. You should use BPM additional to your regular blood pressure Monitor.

We can not offer refunds for accuracy issues.

We are only able to issue refunds if the watch is not working, damaged or does not arrive within 45 Days.

Cancellation on Orders
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at support@tech-hayes.com as soon as you can - once we've started the fulfillment process we are unfortunately unable to cancel the order. Please note we can not guarantee that we will see your email before your order gets fulfilled. We will refund the full amount minus $1.5 fee.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If an incorrect address is entered, the customer will have to pay the $20 USD shipping fee to ship it again to another location.
